When Naomi approached Pearl Design Build, she was frustrated with her home's cramped and outdated layout. She dreamed of a space that felt open, bright, and modern, but the closed-in design and lack of functionality left her feeling stuck. Naomi envisioned a complete transformation—a home gutted and rebuilt from the ground up, with updated fixtures, modern tile work, and special features like a separate bar area that would elevate her entertaining space.

At Pearl Design Build, we took Naomi’s vision to heart. Collaborating closely with her, our team—led by an inspiring group of women—helped guide her through every design decision. To create the open, airy layout she craved, we reimagined the entire space, optimizing flow and natural light. We transformed an underutilized nook into a stunning standalone bar area and added thoughtful touches, like modern fixtures and tiles, that reflected her style. The landscaping we incorporated brought even more brightness to the home, enhancing curb appeal and tying the design together inside and out.
